Q3:Do you need deposit upon the booking?

Yes, minimum MYR500 per person for FIT package or MYR1000 per person for group tour.

We will give you replies via e-mail within 48 business hours except on Saturdays & Sundays & National Holidays.

We will let you know the emergency number before departure.

Q7:How should I pay a Tour Fair?
A7:

We accept advanced payment via cash or bank transfer or credit card.
If payment by credit card, we have to impose credit card of charge 1.45%.

About Japan Rail Pass

Q1:What is Japan Rail Pass?
A1:

Japan Rail Pass is a personal train ticket specially designed for foreign travelers who wish to visit Japan.

Q2:Can I buy a Japan Rail Pass when I arrival in Japan?
A2:

No, you cannot buy a Japan Rail Pass in Japan.
A Rail Pass Exchange Order MUST be purchased outside Japan, prior to your trip.

Q3:How long does the Japan Rail Pass Exchange order valid?
A3:

Within 3months from the date which the Exchange Order is issued.

Q4:Who can purchase Japan Rail Pass?
A4:

All foreigner. (Except Japanese Nationality)

Q5:Where can I collect the exchange voucher?
A5:

At our office.

Q6:Any document require at the time at purchase?
A6:

A copy of valid passport.

Q7:Do I need a Japan Rail Pass for Infant?
A7:

No need for children below 6years old is no seat is required.
If need seat, they have to pay for children fare.(6-11years old)

Q8:What is the difference between ordinary class and green class?
A8:

Ordinary class is economy class. (For Reserved or Non reserved seat)
Green class is first class. (Must reserved seat)

Q9:Where do we exchange the pass?
A9:

In order to activate your Japan Rail Pass you will have to exchange your voucher at a JR office.
These offices can be found at the airport or at major train stations, opening business hours will be vary.
When going to JR office, you have to show actual exchange order with your valid passport.

Q10:Can I use the Japan Rail pass on subway train?
A10:

Japan Rail Pass will not cover on the subway train or any private (non-JR) overland train lines.

Q1:Where does the tour depart?

Guided tour in English or Chinese departs from Hamamatsu-cho Bus Terminal or
Shinjuku station or Tokyo station.

Q2:Do you provide pick-up service go/from the hotel?
A2:

Yes. We can arrange only appointed hotel.

Q3:I don’t’ know Japanese. Could I still join the tour?
A3:

English or Chinese guided tours are guided by the interpreter our guide with national qualifications.
During the English or Chinese guided tours, you could enjoy the tour all in English or in Chinese.
No worries even if it is your first time in Japan.

Q4:Where does the tour ends?

It depends on the tour course. (EX:Hamamatsu-cho Bus Terminal or Tokyo Station or Shinjuku Station)

Q5:Can you arrange Vegetarian food or Halal food?

You have to show the actual voucher as to redeem your boarding pass at the Hato Bus Offices either.

No. All tickets brought can not cancelled & non-refundable.

About Airport Limousine Bus

Q1:Does this ticket have an expiry date?
A1:

No. This ticket does not have any expiry date.

Q2:Do you have any conditions on this ticket?
A2:

For Haneda & Narita Airport, Our ticket only can use during 06:00-23:59 hours for Haneda & Narita Airport.

Q3:Where does the pick up / drop off point?
A3:

Tokyo Major Hotel & Station.
Please refer to the list.

Q4:Do we need to exchange or to obtain any actual ticket?
A4:

No need. You just scan the QR code in your E-ticket.

Q5:Do we need to exchange the ticket?
A5:

Yes. For those depart from Narita /Haneda /T-cat Terminal, need to exchange for boarding pass at counter.
